We met Matt ahead of partnering with him on an inspiring project called Chapel—a coworking, kitchen co-working, event, and local restaurant space.
If all of those purposes weren’t enough, a big enough leap from the non-traditional office space, Matt decided to take the concept even further…
With our support, Matt purpose-built the Chapel brand and space to 1) generate revenue AND 2) create inclusive growth for the existing Poe, Mill SC community.
He’s out to show the development community the benefits of human and community-centered design.
And what’s interesting about Matt—other than his genuine desire to change the world and natural gifts at communicating his vision—is that he comes from a non-traditional real estate background.
