Dear No Contest Listeners,

For the first time in a long time, companies are thinking differently about their productivity spaces.

We’ve talked about this change before in No Contest EP 009 with Sam Rosen of Deskpass , and we’ll talk about it again in this episode, featuring Dom Burgauer, CEO of Archilogic.

Our solar system of workspace is shifting from one that revolves around the office, to one that revolves around us.

We can work from where we want, how we want, with whomever we want, in whatever physical or digital capacity best gets the job done, in that moment.

This future sounds really appealing in the abstract, but we’re missing key information to get the engine of change fully revved.

Sure, leasing models are shifting to provide more flexible terms to large organizations, some real estate leads are allocating a portion of their portfolios to the WeWork On-Demands and Deskpasses of the world, and landlords are introducing a variety of customizable elements in their agreements...all good signs of a more progressive attitude towards space.

But in order for the future of work to really take off–to put people at the center of the spaces they occupy–we need a trusted data layer to guide our sails.

In comes Archilogic:

A platform that simplifies interior space planning for the business stakeholders who actually have on the ground experience with those spaces.

A place for collaborating on spatial choices.

A feedback mechanism that points directly to programming choices.

A catalogue of space programs across a broad portfolio.

A space where placemakers can put ideas down on paper (or in this case, the screen) without having to know all those complicated architecture software programs — think no-code (e.g., Webflow, Figma), but for spatial programming / design.

And a bunch of other game-changing ideas that we’re saving for the Episode.

Have a listen, we hope you enjoy it.

Everything we do and say is out of passion and love for the industry we are in and the work we are doing.
