The funny thing about the biggest waves of innovation is that most people think they’re silly puddles until they’re drowning in regret… for not investing in, embracing, or preparing for change. 

A few examples: 

  • Tesla: “Americans will never give up their gas guzzling Chevy Suburbans for electric space mobiles.” Current valuation = $1 trillion 

  • Starbucks: “People won’t pay five bucks for a latte with a funny name.” Current Valuation = $105 billion 

  • Apple: “Why on earth would you wear a computer on your wrist?” Current Valuation = $2.08 trillion


There are few players in real estate technology that have the capacity to make this level of impact on our futures, and one is Rhove

Rhove is a startup founded to empower everyone to invest in and own real estate. Consumers can invest as little as $1 in a variety of developments across the country (and soon the world, and perhaps, one day, outer space). 

What does this democratization of real estate investing — a practice still reserved for institutions and the very wealthy — mean for development? 

Well, we’re saving that answer for the podcast.
