Say hello to Everyday Music™, a No Walls Studio, Double Sharp Experiment
Playlists to move your mind. Take a trip to see the world through a different light.
No Wallers,
We are excited to launch our newest Double Sharp Experiment, Everyday Music™. You may ask, what are Double Sharp Experiments? The answer: a sensory dialogue on space (and life). Centered on humans. We curate these experiments to shape (and reshape) how we navigate, consume and define the world—all, in an effort to avoid same and push the boundaries of placemaking.
Enjoy the good vibes.

📻 EVERYDAY MUSIC FOR EVERYDAY PEOPLE
Music is known to change how everyday people navigate through time and space. It lives on a plain beyond four walls. It evokes emotion and sets a mood. We look at music as a means to create a sense of place. Something that navigates people through the physical experience, from the time they wake up, to the time they go to bed. Everyday Music™ is an experimental project that fosters these moods, connects people to space, and builds brand through sound.
Music gives space a voice. It helps us perceive the world around us. It’s uniting. It shapes how we live, work, speak, play, and love. When we execute music well, it can have immediate effects on our feelings, communities, and spaces.
Everyday Music™ is intentional in every way. We launched this experiment to prescribe an authentic vibe and set a voice for space, from sun up to sun down. We built these collections in parallel with our client work. They’re a nod to how our client’s brands can be expressed or introduced to their customers, buildings, and communities.

Stay tuned for Friday’s release of No Contest EP 007 where we speak with Wade Hall about cutting edge hospitality concepts, how to make shared space feel like home, and the emerging social selling culture of food and beverage.
Oh, and we talk a lot about how a good music program can be the most intangible, yet the most important thing — apart from good design and good food/drinks — when building a hospitality brand/experience.
