Alatus collaborated with NWS to establish a completely innovative multifamily brand in the Twin Cities.
Alatus partnered with No Walls Studio to bring a new type of product to market: a high design, condo-quality development to a community outside of the city center.
Like all of our work, we started with a distinctly human and culture centered approach. We studied a series of consumers in the Twin Cities to understand their lives, aspirations and perspectives on housing. By building empathy, we identified clear opportunities to stand out.
From there, we created Ratio. A brand that represents balance; a bold declaration that you can have it all: sophisticated design, the energy of the city, the tranquility of nature, and a comfortable place to call home.
